Homogenizing / Wet Milling Performance and Advantages:
● High speed HV tooling generates 55x more shear energy than other in-line rotor-stator mixers making submicron processing
possible
● Higher HV capacities will save significant process time over conventional high-pressure homogenizers and media mills
● Capital equipment costs are generally 70% less than homogenizers and dry powder mills
● Quadro Ytron® HV machines can be easily retrofitted into existing facilities
● High shear wet milling often doesn’t require additional dedicated containment facilities
● Ideal choice for heat-sensitive materials, as liquid in the slurry can remove heat generated by the milling process

Emulsifier and Wet Mill Model Specifications
The HV-Series of inline mills offer precise process scaling from lab formulation, to pilot and production processing with three
different models ranging from 7.5-60 Hp depending on desired capacity. All models utilize optimized high shear tooling that
operates at tip speeds up to 70m/s with the lowest power consumption in the industry, in addition to a sanitary high-speed
mechanical seal that eliminates potential trap areas around the rotor shaft for improved CIP/SIP results.
Various other equipment options are available including a selection of motors, controls, portable bases, etc. Please contact
